Made these tasty bites for Super Bowl this past weekend!
8oz cream cheese, softened
8oz sour cream
2 tbsps taco seasoning
3 green onions, chopped
4oz can chopped olives
4oz can roasted green chilies
10 inch flour tortillas
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
Mix all ingredients together in a bowl until completely combined. Spread onto tortillas (makes enough for about 6-7 tortillas).
Roll the tortillas up like a jelly roll or sushi, as tight as you can. Wrap in plastic wrap and store in fridge for minimum 1 hour or until ready to serve.
When ready to serve cut into 1 inch pieces. Serve with salsa or salsa combined with sour cream for dipping.
