Buffalo Chicken Dip

I make this for a lot of our parties- mostly because people beg me to! It's unbelievable.



1 package (8 oz) cream cheese

6 oz diced cooked chicken

1/2 cup buffalo wing sauce

1/2 cup ranch salad dressing

1 cup pepper jack cheese, shredded

1 cup cheddar cheese, shredded

Tortilla chips or scoops (Tostitos Multigrain Chips are really good)

Celery and Carrots (optional)


Spread cream cheese into an ungreased, shallow 1 quart baking dish. Layer with chicken, buffalo wing sauce, ranch dressing, pepper jack cheese, and cheddar cheese. Bake uncovered at 350 degrees for 20-25 minutes or until cheese is melted. Serve warm with tortilla chips and carrots/celery, if desired.

Alternate (but recommended) cooking directions: Spread cream cheese into the bottom of a small (1.5 quart) crock pot. Layer with chicken, buffalo wing sauce, ranch dressing, pepper jack cheese, and cheddar cheese. Cover and cook on low for 1.5-2 hours until cheese is melted. Serve warm with tortilla chips and veggies, if desired.
